You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.  For purchased handbags online without personalized names, pet portraits or monograms, you may receive a refund up to 7 days post confirmed delivery for any reason. Due to the unique nature of our business and the timely effort of our team to service your order, New Vintage Handbags requires a 10% restocking fee. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item unless it is signed for by a member of our staff.

All sales are final for:  Handbags purchased online with names or monograms, artwork painted onto a client's personal handbag, sourced handbags with custom artwork and gift cards.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return within 7-14 business days. 

All of the handbags that we offer are in beautiful, preloved condition. Each piece is personally sourced and painted or stitched by hand special, just for you. If you have questions regarding any handbag's condition, quality or artwork, please feel free to contact us.

Each handbag that we source for our clients go through a multi-point, in-house authentication process that is unique to New Vintage. By meticulously double-checking codes, images, past sales catalogs and paying close attention to identifiable characteristics such as stitching, fabric, patterns, hardware and date stamps.  We are confident with our products authenticity and stand behind it with a full-money back guarantee.

All handbags ship with Signature Required via FedEx. An adult will need to be present for delivery, and sign for your package. You will receive tracking updates as they are available. It is the Clients responsibility to be at the address at the time of delivery and keep up with delivery notifications.

If you live in the Las Vegas area and prefer to pick up your purchase, you may do so. Please leave in notes at check-out that you would like to arrange pick-up. Once you have pick-up your purchase, we will refund your shipping fees.
